Ordering Policy

After an order is placed a confirmation email will be sent to the customer confirming the order. Once the order is ready to ship, Sunny Well Kitchen & Bath will contact the customer to finalize the delivery information.

Order Changes

Any additions, corrections, or changes made to an order must be made via email and phone (888-588-8996) within 24 hours of receipt of your order confirmation. Any changes requested after 24 hours may incur a $25.00 fee and/or we may be unable to accommodate the request. Sunny Well Kitchen & Bath will not ship (1) REP or less than 2 Moldings.

Shipping Policy

Orders are usually shipped via commercial freight carrier; however, sometimes UPS Ground or Fedex Ground are used for small orders. This is solely at the discretion of the warehouse, and special shipping cannot be requested. WE PROVIDE CURBSIDE DELIVERY ONLY FOR FULL KITCHEN AND/OR ANY OTHER LARGE CABINET DELIVERIES. Please note that drivers will not be responsible for disposing and removing of packing materials.

If your order is shipped via freight carrier, the freight company will usually call prior to delivery to make delivery arrangements, although this is not guaranteed. If the carrier attempts delivery without notice, and no one is available to sign for the delivery, he or she will contact you via telephone to make arrangements. You must agree on a delivery date within 3 days of the initial contact by the carrier. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available to accept the freight during the carrier’s delivery times; the carrier does not work around the consignee’s schedule. THESE DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE DELIVERIES ONLY.

If your order is shipped via UPS or Fedex, there is no call or pre-delivery arrangements. UPS or Fedex will attempt delivery a few times; each time they will leave a slip. If you know you will not be available during their hours, you can contact them and arrange to pick up the order at their terminal. They may choose to leave the package without a signature (usually on the porch); this is at their discretion.

Delivery Policy

Once you receive your order, it is your responsibility to inspect the order for any visible signs of damage. If any sign of damage is observed, you should note the damage on the delivery form the driver presents to you. You can then accept the delivery then contact Sunny Well Kitchen & Bath (888-588-8996) to report the damages. You will be required to send in a copy of the signed delivery form stating the damage and a picture of the damaged package.

Lead Time

Our cabinets usually ship within 10 to 14 business days. However, we do not ship partial orders. If part of an order is out of stock, we will contact you for approval to ship your order without the backorder items. Once the back order is received by our manufacturer, they will be sent to you as soon as possible. Shipping will be charged according to the size and destination of your order. All items are shipped within the continental USA.

**NOTE: It is recommended that the shipping address provided be an occupied residence or business, to avoid possible complications.
